THE PANALI (hereafter referred to as the "Hotel") and the service contents it provides as introduced on this website (hereafter referred to as "this service") determines its privacy policy (hereafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information as follows.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
1. The Hotel suspends or deletes the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") from the person on the grounds that it is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been obtained by fraudulent means. We will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. Upon screening the case per the preceding paragraph, and based on the screening conclusion, we will suspend the use of the personal information without delay if we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request.
3. In the event that the Hotel suspends the use of personal information, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to suspend the use of personal information, the Hotel shall notify the user of this without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information, etc., such as when the cost cause by the suspension is too big, etc., and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, such alternative measures shall be taken.
Article 9 (Amendment of Privacy Policy)
1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters otherwise stipulated in this policy.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the Hotel, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
